Used product

This is the second online order of the Bum Bum cream from Sephora that is missing a big chunk of product or has finger dips. We are over a year into a global pandemic; this is absolutely unsanitary, disgusting, and disappointing. Where are Sephora’s pandemic procedures?

It is typical for the contents of this product to shift while in transit and we do not ship out returned products. I will forward your feedback to the appropriate department to be looked into and the refund you will receive is $43.84.
