Used paypal but no confirmation+no order placed

Hi,

 

I decided to do a "Buy Online and Pick Up" order for two items and chose to pay with PayPal. However, when I tried to confirm the transaction, I was redirected back to Sephora’s checkout page. I attempted the payment again using PayPal, thinking it was an error, but the same issue occurred.

 

I now see two transactions from PayPal currently being processed on my bank account, even though I have not received any order confirmation or email, there are no orders showing up on my account, and the items are still in my cart so obviously, the order was not placed...

 

Could you please help me resolve this issue? Thank you!
