Used (or defective?) item

I purchased the touch in SOL Metallist Liquid Foil + Glitter Double Ended Eye set during the Rouge sale, I just received and the bottles are almost half empty. I don’t know if it’s been used or if that’s how they normally come in. But for the price you’re paying, even with the sale, the amount you’re getting is alarmingly miniscule. They swatch beautifully but if I had known, I would’ve just purchased the full sized individuals. Again if that’s how they come, that’s a damn shame. But I’m still afraid to use them on my eyes because again, they might have been used. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’d exchange them but then I’d lose the discount that I used.

Most times when you are exchanging an item that was discounted for the exact same item you will pay what you paid originally. I would call the store nearest you and see if they have it available an them explain the situation to them. They usually will accommodate. You should even ask that they open the box if possible before exchanging to make sure you do not have the same problem.

Thanks for the tip! Unfortunately, this item is online only so I guess I’m just gonna have to wait for CS to get back to me 😔
