Unused Giftcard $0 Balance 😢

I received a $50 gift card and went into sephora today to use it and the clerk said it had a $0 balance. He said it showed no history but was empty. What a waste! Reading comments from others who had the same experience. So disappointing.

Sephora needs to make this right.

Hi, this happened to me too with two different gift cards (One $50, one $40). I have never used either

The same exact thing happened to me too with two $10 gift cards. Customer service was no help 😞

The MODs in the community are little help. I know the card was redeemed/ stolen, even though it's in my wallet and has never been used. 

This is unexceptable. Sephora sells gift card that are then stolen online before the recipient can redeem the physical card. Do better to protect your customers.
