Unsuccessful authorization?

Got an email saying my shipment was delayed. 
went to check on my order status, says “unsuccessful authorization” and when I click into it it says cancelled?! What is going on? 
can’t get someone on the phone and it looks like live chat is unavailable. 

I need an answer. I know it’s like first world problems but what’s the point of having a sale if you can’t successfully deliver the products. 

I seem to ALWAYS have issues with online orders. Whether something is missing from my boxes or it’s delayed for a while. 

i need an answer please.
