Unsuccessful authorization

i move back and forth from the USA and Canada. Iโ€™ve shipped to both countries s before. Since the last sale and now this sale I canโ€™t place any order. Iโ€™ve emailed Sephora multiple times and issue isnโ€™t resolved. I havenโ€™t been able to purchase and this lost my rouge status. I ordered through my friends account and now sheโ€™s getting unsuccessful authorization as well. Please help!

I am experiencing the exact same issue, and I've also called Sephora who has already verified me and provided notes on my account, I am using my own credit cards, and I've been canceled so many times, it's so frustrating, and such a struggle, I am trying to call again now, and it's taking an hour for someone to pick up. I am debating whether I should even try to keep my rouge status. My friends have all been raving about Ulta which has given them no issues in purchasing, I have never had this issue until now, and it's been so annoying. I feel this is such a waste of my time and am super frustrated with Sephora. Customer services have been down with no chat, and calls have been super long waits. If you cannot figure out proper transactions, then don't implement this "new" system. UGH, it's such an inconvenience to customers.

@keelybt I got ur msg to call Sephora, Iโ€™ve done that in the past several times. They just say we sent ur msg to someone who will contact u. Once I got email saying itโ€™s cuz my info needs to be verified but no one is verifying it. Then I got email saying itโ€™s cuz I have used my account diff cards diff addresses etc. yes I live in two diff countries I explained that but problem still didnโ€™t get fixed. Third time they never got back to me. Itโ€™s been months. Please please do something

I got ur msg to call Sephora, Iโ€™ve done that in the past several times. They just say we sent ur msg to someone who will contact u.
