Unsuccessful authorization

I received a family and friends flyer at the mall couple days ago and used it to place an order. I was so happy to get 20% off my order only for it to come back unsuccessful authorization. I called customer service and they said something like I can no longer order online but didn't really give me a real reason why. Something about changing my password too many times which makes no sense to me at all the person sounded really clueless. Two days before that I made an order and it went through fine then out of no where I can no longer order online??? This is beyond frustrating. Especially with Covid and I'm not trying to get into the mall!!! Anyone had their issue fixed? I've been reading a lot about this topic. Please help!!!!
