Unsuccessful authorization

Hi,

I placed an order 3 days ago, i received a confirmation email and my credit card has been charged.
when i tried to track my order today i saw on my sephora account Order status: unsuccessful authorization - and items in the order list are in cancelled status
what does that mean? i didn't receive any email about my order being canceled so i don't know whats going on!
please help!

If, it is not possible to send my order, please help me to return my money back. I have to show to the bank some document or email from your side, which proves that my order is didn’t sent and cancelled.
