Unsuccessful authorization

Hello, yesterday I placed an order, at first, everything was fine, I even received an order confirmation mail from Sephora, however, later when I cheked on my order status, it was written that there was an unsuccessful authorization. I tried to contact Sephora through mail, but there was no answer, plus my credit card was charged. So I want to know what to do to have my order shipped or to be refunded. Thank you.
