Unsuccessful Authorization

Dear Sephora team,

I found a rare gift set on the Sephora website, which I immediately rushed to order because its the perfect gift to a close relative. Upon entering the required information on my account regarding the shipping address in the US I encountered one huge problem. I was able to fill in the address along with the post code and it all seemed fine until I got to the Phone field. Not only I wasnt able to type any number in it, I constantly received a message that a valid number has to be entered. The only action that was accepted at that field was my Google Chrome automatic fill, which provided a number that I have never seen before. Thankfully after a dousine tries I was able to finish the address information along with that auto generated number.

I placed my order immediately and used PayPal as a payment method. Each order consisted of the gift set, plus three of the free samples. Around 30h after my order was placed I received the message "unsuccessful authorization" and my order was cancelled. I decided to reorder the same product, hoping that it could be a PayPal problem to find out only a few hours later that my second order was also cancelled with the same explanation. Upon checking my PayPal account, I currently have two transactions that are awaiting authorization, each worth $127! 

Please give me any indication as to where the problem might lie and will I be getting my money back?
