Unsuccessful Authorization

I keep getting the Unsuccessful Authorization status for my orders. It shows a pending on my credit card, but the orders keep getting cancelled. My order is being shipped to a courier service in Miami, Florida. I read the fine print before ordering and it doesn't mention that this isn't allowed. Can someone please help me? Thank you.
