Unsuccessful Authorization

Hi, I made an order recently and it was cancelled due to unsuccessful authorization. I tried reordering again and had the same issue. I was able to make an order last month. I paid via paypal and both orders that were cancelled actually showed up as pending payments on my paypal and card. I'm unable to get hold of the customer service and would appreciate if anyone can help me on this. Thank you.
