Unsuccessful Authorization Urgent order!

I have placed an order on Sunday 26th and today it appeared the "Unsuccessful Authorization" status. I am on trip on the US leaving Tuesday the 4th and I need to make sure that my order will arrive before that day. Can someone give me some support with this issue over here?
