Unsuccessful Authorization - Please help

Hi, I've ordered a Christmas gift for my sister and there seems to be a problem with the order. However the  money has been blocked/transferred and in my PayPal account it says:

 

"This is a temporary authorization to make sure your payment method will cover the payment. Your payment method will be charged when Sephora Beauty Canada INC completes your order."

 

Please assist!
