Unsuccessful Authorization Order

hi, I'm trying to place an order via your website, using a prepaid MasterCard (like a visa gift card), and whenever I click place order, it says there's a problem with my information or something of that sort. I checked everything over several times, re-entered my shipping/billing, payment, and address information at least seven times, and cannot figure out the problem. please respond as soon as you can, thank you
