Unknown Substance in my product

 hi there I just purchased the first aid beauty ultra repair cream, and as soon as I went to use it, I saw there was this little brown dot in it, the safety seal was still on, so it looks like this might have been a factory mishap. Makes me very uncomfortable to use it.
