Unable to use 20% off promo code

Hi there,

 

I thought I'd be able to checkout my full order with the GETGIFTING code regardless of whether it was a store pickup or online order, but I was mistaken and now am unable to use the 20% off promo code. I ended up cancelling the order and tried to reorder everything to be shipped, but now it says that the code does not apply since it was already used.  Can you help?
