Unable to post reviews through Sephora app

Every time I try to post over view of any project using the Sephora app on my phone, my reviews never get posted. I am always match with the same error message. I have tried to restart the app, I’ve even tried to uninstall and reinstall it, and I have also logged out and back in. I have checked to make sure the app was fully updated, and I’ve even updated my phone. NOTHING seems to fix the problem. I am starting to wonder if there is some issue on the tech side that is blocking my account from being able to post reviews.

 

This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. Reading reviews is a very important part of the process when shopping for make up, and for me, it is just as important to be able to post reviews of products that are either really amazing or really bad. I really wanted to post this review for the Rare Beauty by Selena Gomez Soft Pinch Liquid Blush 3 Piece Set that is part of the holiday sets this year. I wanted to show that it works well on tan and brown skin tones, which is my skin tone, so that other women with the same skin tones will know what these blushes would look like on them. I have tried several times, but to no avail.

 

I have tried contacting customer support several times about this, but no one seems to have any solution other than to try posting reviews from my computer instead of from the app. But I need to be able to post from the app because I use Sephora almost exclusively on my phone. So I need this to be fixed. 

Please, someone figure out the heck is going on and fix it!
