Unable to place order

Every time the past week that I have tried to place either an online order or same day order, I keep seeing the same error message - “The City, State, and Zip combination provided does not match. Please correct address to continue.” despite it being a valid address AND having Sephora ship orders there before. I have no other address. When I try to change the address to what Sephora suggests I receive the same message. I am trying to use the 20% off fragrance code #Fragrance20 for a perfume that is not sold in stores near me so I cannot go in person even. This is so frustrating as I am a long time Sephora shopper, card holder, and rouge.  Has anyone had luck resolving this issue?
