Unable to place my order

I am trying to purchase an item online with two different cards. Both cards work. It’s saying error every time I try to pay. It’s saying to look over your card information to verify it’s correct. I have looked over it multiple times and it’s all right. Please help, what should I do?

I am having the same problem and I have tried multiple cards and using the app versus online. How did you resolve the issue?

I am having this same issue...and when I retry, it's giving me a "Reprice failed" error???  This is so frustrating!

I’m having the same issue. Sephora customer service referred me to Comenity, who then referred me BACK to Sephora.
