Unable to order Mac studio fix

I have been trying to order Mac studio fix powder plus foundation, when I search for the product, it shows up, but when I click on it to choose the right shade and place the order, the page keeps loading. It has been about 10 days now. I tried to uninstall my app and reinstall it, reboot my device as well. But nothing changes. However I was able to place the order for Mac matte lipstick. I mean usually if something is not available in stock, it shows the message how it’s not available. But in this case, it just keeps loading all day and does nothing. Can anyone please help me with it. I wanted to order my products and wanted to order the Mac studio fix powder plus foundation as well
