Unable to checkout

I’m unable to checkout using any payment method. I’ve tried my sephora credit card, my normal credit card, my debit card, paypal, but I keep getting the same error message. 

 

“Unable to place your order. Please verify that your card information and billing address are correct.”

 

I deleted all payment info and re-entered it all and still, the same message.

Im really just disgusted with sephora at this point. Glitchy app, glitchy website, rewards points do not go as far as ulta and now we cannot use the card. Im paying off my balance then sticking with Ulta. Why push this card when we cant use it? Its been months with this issue and no resolution

Having the same problem. This card and info worked a month ago. I had to use PayPal to check out but I’d like to be able to use my Sephora card. Please advise!

I know this is an old thread but I am having the SAME issue! Won't let me use my Sephora Card. I just spent an UNSUCCESSFUL hour with online chat about this to get no resolution. I have tried everything. 

 

S....O....S!!!!!!!!

 

BTW, after over a YEAR of these errors why haven't you found a permanent resolution SEPHORA?????

Same thing is happening to me, I keep getting an error message. "Please verify card and address is correct". I've deleted  and added it back and it is correct! What the heck is going on?? Please help
