Unable to checkout

Everytime I checkout it wont let me it keeps saying payment error but I checked the numbers I put and they’re all correct, I’ve been wanting to buy something but it won’t let me. Please tell me how to fix this.

I am having a similar issue when I hit checkout it says error message credit banner manager unable to check out ? I don’t even get to the page where I can out my credit info

What fixed this issue??? I am also stuck even after clearing cache and data, as well as logging into Chrome instead of their application
