Unable to checkout

Everytime I checkout it wont let me it keeps saying payment error but I checked the numbers I put and they’re all correct, I’ve been wanting to buy something but it won’t let me. Please tell me how to fix this.

yeah, I'm getting, "Unable to place your order. Please verify that your card information and billing address are correct." i double-checked my address and card number and everything is right.
