Unable to checkout

Everytime I checkout it wont let me it keeps saying payment error but I checked the numbers I put and they’re all correct, I’ve been wanting to buy something but it won’t let me. Please tell me how to fix this.

Im having kinda the same problem, everytime that i want to checkout with paypal or the card payment, said this "Unable to place your order. Please verify that your card information and billing address are correct.

If applicable, we have reversed any pending charges to your account."
