Ulta Rewards

Does Sephora have plans to strengthen their rewards system? I spend a lot of money here and am Rouge, but it does not come close to comparing with Ulta rewards. I am very close to converting entirely to Ulta, but will stay with Sephora if there are plans to live up to the competition. I have been holding off on switching, but Sephora is lacking so much when being compared. Tis' a sad day.
