Trying to add my Color IQ but it keeps showing an error message

I'm trying to add the Morphe Lightform Foundation to my Beauty Prefrences, but it keeps showing this message?

I also tried on mobile, which also didn't work. I've been looking at other posts, and they suggested reinstalling, but it still didn't work. What can I do?
