Trouble With App

Just updated it recently because I was made to but I’m having issues logging in or doing anything really. No luck on website either. I keep getting this message but I don’t know how to fix it. Can anyone help me? Also have tried entering email and password manually and restarting my phone.

This a Sephora problem. Not you. Everyone I know that’s been trying to order tonight is getting the same error. Keep trying. Mine eventually got through.
