This Play box mix up..really?

I ordered 2 of the Remedy play box. 2nd version because 1sr was sold out. Everything else shipped of course the wrong samples as usual. Then this afternoon I receive an email the play box is sold out. So because they sent so many wrong box numbers to people and have to make it right I feel like I should take my money elsewhere as only some customers are important. Think Sephora needs to get their stuff together. I love my play box sub. But these other issues...flash shipping taking 4 or 5 days...wrong samples...overselling this?
