The Leaky Truth

Hi everyone, 

New on the forums so hopefully this is the right venue. I received a leaky order and it made my heart leak more. 😞 Lol

After eagerly awaiting my Glow Brightly kit from OLEHENRIKSEN ( thanks to the strikes...) I was sad to see that the inside of the packaging was coated with the Truth Serum, and the bottle was 1/3 empty. 

I took photos of the packaging as well as the seals to show that I have not opened it, and attempted to capture the level of serum still remaining.

I did message customer service so am waiting to hear back. I am sure that they will help me out but was just wondering if this is generally a pretty painless process as I've never returned anything before.

I will note though that the one sample I did get was punctured, and on my order prior to this two fragrance sample vials were gone, just the paperwork arrived. But thats no biggie. 

Am I allowed to open it and use it until it is resolved? My skin misses the Truth and I am super curious about the other products - I would be happy to just have the full Serum sent and return the leaked bottle I received upon its arrival.
