I signed up for texts and received a code for the 10% off discount, but when I entered it in my cart said it was for select BI members only. I’ve never signed up for texts before. Why isn’t it working for me??
I also signed up, a first time subscriber to the text alerts, and when i tried to apply the code it said it's only for select beauty insiders:(

I saw that this thread was fairly old, but I’m new to sephora and I just signed up for text messages tonight but when I got the promo code, I also can’t use it due to the error “only available to select BI members” even though I’m a BI member?
I’ve been fighting with it all night until I came across this Q/A. Could I possibly also get some help with this?
