Text Offer not working 90 mins total spend on live chat with no answers! SUPER FRUSTRATED

I signed up for texts after going into my account and seeing a 10% offer for doing so.

 

I received the text, replied Y and received a code.

 

I am now trying to use the code after doing research and coming up with a $300 purchase but it will not work.

 

I read all the terms, my products qualify, I qualify since its my first time signing up, and I'm within my 7 days of receiving code.

 

Last night I spend 35 ish minutes on the chat with no legit response, just being accused of signing up multiple times, etc. Then I was cut off without a response.

 

Today, I tried again, spent 40 mins on live chat. The only possible reason she came up with was because I shipped my friend something as my first purchase so my phone number doesn't match hers. This makes no sense. I changed all saved shipping and billing to myself and it still does not work. I was then told they could try on thier end but then the rep just disconnected from me.

 

Every time I input it, it says "For Select BI Members Only"

 

After 40 mins, one rep disconnects, and I get a message to verify my email and name ALL OVER AGAIN.

 

I'm frustrated and was just trying to save $30 on my $300 purchase which has now become not worth it since my time is worth more than $30 for the hour and half spent so far. Even at minimum wage, they have wasted more time than the value of the coupon.

 

If someone from Sephora can reach out and give me my 10% without hassle, great. If not, I'm buying straight from dermalogica in a couple hours.

This is clearly a known issue since its posted all over the community but they still act like its rare and probably my fault. 45 mins ago I was relaxed on this Friday afternoon and now I am beyond frustrated.
