Terrible experience with customer service!

I placed an order for 142 usd, veho said it had been delivered, but a week has passed and I never recieved my order. Customer service responded that they couldn't ship the package to the address I provided (I gave them another one for security reasons, to ensure it arrived), and they offered no solution. I've been a rouge for years, spending a lot of money here, and I have zero solutions. pls stop using veho, and give better solutions to your clients.
