Temporary card not working

I applied for Sephora credit card and it was approved and the temporary card was added to my account. However, when I tried to proceed to checkout  it gives me an error that for security reason you cannot use it.

I talked with the customer service and they tried to place my order, but failed. I called the credit card company and they couldn’t do anything to help either.  I was told to wait for the physical card which takes up to10 days to arrive. But there is a huge discount on the product I want to buy and in 10 days the price won’t be the same. I wish I hadn’t applied for this credit card, worst experience!
