Temporary Credit Card Not Working...

I did a little research before accepting the Sephora Credit Card pre-approval but now wishing I had done WAY more - I was preapproved, accepted the offer and officially approved this morning. I see the temporary card in my account/wallet but when I go to place an order it gives me a payment error saying I need to check my card number, billing/shipping and CVN. I can't check my card or CVN since it's a temporary card, but did confirm my billing/shipping are accurate (the same) and no updates were made. 

Chatted with Sephora customer service who attempted to place the order but were unable, called the Comedity bank who just keepings telling me "You must have not placed the order correctly... you have to hit place order." I'm sorry, that's obvious and what the heck? 

Any one have any recent update or able to finally use the temporary card???? Also never received an email confirmation?

The marketing to get this card is so sketch.

Same experience! I applied for Sephora credit card and the temporary card was added to my account but when I tried to place an order it gave me an error that for security reason you cannot use it.

I talked with the customer service I was told to go to store and they can help me and at the store I was told to call the bank I called the bank and the agent told me to call sephora and at the end they said that it sometimes happen! No solution!
