TS Header

Hi support team, 

Sometimes I logged in to Sephora and got "TS Header is either expired or invalid". I don't know what is it and how to resolve it. Can you explain and reach me how to fix this?

@Kohel, I just messaged Sephoira customer service and they have no clue, didn't even know this is an issue with people. Is there a way to fix it? i would like to be able to use my Sephora Canada app to shop.

@kel70 I sent you a PM for more information. You can view your PMs and reply directly be selecting the bell or envelope in the  top right hand corner.
