Store credit

I have a credit in my account but I can only use it online and was told that it should apply automatically to my basket when I checkout. However, I added my items to my basket and the account credit was not deducted from my order total. Am I missing something?

@EmilyDelgado23 You should see it apply as an account credit as you proceed through the payment section at checkout.
