Stolen package

I’m feeling really frustrated as I’ve tried talking to CS and have found no resolution with them regarding a package that didn’t turn up at my door. 😞 I was really looking forward to my order and gifting some of the items I had bought for my sister in law’s birthday 

 

I tell them that my package has gone missing as the person who delivered to my door had left it IN THE OPEN while I was at school. these reps just tell me that it’s been marked delivered on the system and when I ask if there’s anything I can they leave the chat and I’m stuck with no answer or resolution. I am beyond upset because I spent over $300 on products that I don’t even have with no answer.
