Stolen package

My package was to be delivered unbeknownst to me on yesterday from CDL…. My item was delivered and left unattended in my lobby which then disappeared….. I contacted customer service who has now told me that there was nothing they could do due to me having past accommodations …. After contacting CDL I was told that they did everything on their part. They inform drivers to leave packages unattended in lobby this is a disgrace I’m now SOL of $200 I’m beyond livid.
