Stolen items! Word of Warning

I ordered $300 worth of items (mostly Christmas presents for family), and the delivery service that Sephora uses opened the package, stole what they wanted, and then crappily resealed the package. So, I received a big box with three items in it when I ordered 10 items. They refunded my money, but now I have to find somewhere else to buy Christmas presents! I'm literally afraid to order from Sephora online again because this is the second time something like this has happened (first time the shipping company just blatantly stole my package and said that they couldn't find the address). Sephora really needs to figure this out, because I'm sure that they're losing thousands upon thousands of dollars from their incompetent shipping company. I buy literally everything online and Sephora is the only company that I've had this happen with. It's just sad that Sephora lets the thieves win over and over again, while they lose people's business and money.
