Stolen Package!!

I'm very frustrated right now because I think my package got stolen. According to the tracking info, it was delivered at the front desk of my building yesterday evening, but the mail room people claim to not have it at all. I called all the apartment buildings near me within the community and they all say that they don't see it in their mail rooms. I don't know what to do because I spent a big amount of money on the products in my package and I was really looking forward to using them 😞

This was my first time ordering a Sephora package to my apartment and the reason why I suspect it was stolen is because of the packaging having the company's label all over it –– anybody knows that Sephora products are pricey. I've heard about other customers having similar issues and I thought I'd voice my issue on this platform too. I hope I can get some kind of help from Sephora...
