Stolen Gift Card? Read Thus!

Even if your card is stolen in a robbery, Sephora will try to get you in a private message to hide the sad fact that they just tell you that it is not their responsibility and will not help their customers freeze or protect their gift cards at all. They have your money, and they just ask you to PM so nobody else can see them tell you they do not care. They will let a criminal who stole my card go ahead and spend it whenever they want to, and they will not stop them or even bat an eye. I will never trust Sephora again. Why have us contact you if our card is lost or stolen? Why ask me to give Sephora my card number? When they just tell you after all that wasted effort that you are screwed. Go to ULTA, Sephora has lost touch with their customer base and I am never spending a dime with these greedy folks ever again.
