Still using Canada Post despite Strike

I ordered gifts for my 11 year old's birthday! I ordered it weeks ago! Now it is being held at the warehouse because of the strike! I asked where, I will go get it!!! BUT nope not allowed to tell me that information. Today is her birthday! No order. I have reached out and all they are saying is sorry, or we can cancel the order, NO because it is sold out! I am beyond frustrated. HOW are they not using another shipping company like everyone else! Well.......happy 12th birthday to my daughter.......I'm really disappointed.

At least they gave you the option to cancel! They just took everyone else’s money and “hang up” on them in the customer service chat when you ask them to do something to resolve it.
