Status: Unsuccessful Authorization

Yesterday i did order from official sephora web site. At the first time i dont have any problems but today when i checked my order i saw that everything is cancelled. I spend 57 USD from my visa card. When i click view details i see Status: Unsuccessful Authorization. But my money from my visa card is out. I dont understand it. Please help me and explain me whats the problem 😞 if they cant shipped my order do they put money back on my card?
