Springsale Code Not Working

When I enter the spring sale code, it only takes 30% off the Sephora collection items and does not apply 20% on the rest of the items in my cart. I am a VIB and should have access to the sale starting today. Who can correct this for me?

@jellykins Sorry for the confusion! The sale starts for VIBs and Insiders on 4/14.

It’s says in the details for the promotion that it’starts 4/10 at 11:59pm for insiders and it’s not working

@uggghhhh The code will work on Sephora Collection starting 4/10, but the discount on the other brands begins on 4/14 for VIBs and Insiders.

Same, the code says "Sorry, the promotion you entered is currently not available."
