Spring Sale 2021 Shipping

Hey everybody! Quick question, I ordered some skincare products last week before the Spring Sale ended but it hasn't shipped yet and when I check on my status it only says "In progress", I'd like to know how many more days would I have to expect for my order to be ready to ship so I can be aware of when to expect it to arrive to my delivery address.

@Paula6277 We do have extended processing time due high volume from the sale, but in most cases that is added in to your estimated delivery date. I will be happy to take a look at your order and will send you a PM with more information.
