Spend $75 to earn 500 points

I’m trying to use Sephora chat but it has been unavailable since Friday.

 

so basically I spent $75+ to get 500points and on my email it said I have earned 500 points and it has not yet been added to my account.

 

Does it add automatically after when i receive the package?

@ekwls It can take up to 48 hours for the extra points to update. If the extra points are not updated within that time frame, please send me a PM with your order number and I will be happy to take a look.
