Am I the only Rouge who tried to order (just one, not multiples!) only to get a message saying they were unavailable - but VIB'S had them a full day after I got told they were sold out? what? And my last order had 2 missing samples, one item omitted entirely which changed an item that should have been free, and one tiny eyeshadow shipped seperately from the rest of my order in a full size box. For one tiny shadow. Ridiculous. I have the gimme brow gel that now has to go back and I guess I need to see if I got charged twice for November's play. huh.
