First Sephora order for the sale… and no samples like every time

 

like not to sound angry but I ordered this right when the sale began and I chose my two free sample and nothing shows up not even one sample. Sure my order may not be $100+ spent but it was $50+… so what’s the deal with NO FREE SAMPLES at all… like there’s just no way they are that OUT of even ANY sample to give… no way and it’s not like I ordered after a huge wave… since my city does have its own warehouse… not like it’s coming from out of province. Super disappoint now, even though I have new products to try it’s like where’s the benefit even of ordering online… 

Customer support I demand for point compensation please and thank you.
