Showing as sold out after ordering

Hi, I've been looking for answers on the internet before coming here. I ordered 4 items on the 11th and went to check to see if they shipped on the 12th. They were still in progress and one item was grey and said email when in stock ? Does that mean that I won't receive the item in my shipment or does that just mean it is currently out of stock to reorder if I wanted to at this moment ?

I know this can be confusing and I'm so sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. After you have successfully submitted an order, the items within said order are reserved for you and removed from inventory. If an item happens to go out of stock after your order has been placed, this typically does not affect your order as the item has already been reserved for you. Additionally, should an item be removed from your order for this reason, you will receive an email notifying you of this. I hope this helps to clarify and that you are enjoying your items!
